About
My purpose is to provide high-quality educational services to learners of all levels. I believe engaging in learning and development provides a pathway for new growth, opportunities, and happiness. I strive to help organizations and people achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
Approach
I take a personalized approach, tailoring educational services to meet the unique needs of each organization and/or individual. I work closely with organizations and learners to identify gaps and needs, designing a learning and development plan that addresses goals and opportunity areas delivered across a range of learning modalities.
Background
I bring a unique blend of professional experience in business and education. I served organizations as a business leader in innovation for fifteen years and have extensive training, facilitation, and teaching experience based in virtual, online blended, and in-person instruction and coaching.
I hold a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry, General Science, and Secondary Education, a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) in Biological Science, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on strategy, management, and leadership. I am certified in Nonprofit Executive Management.
